In 1999
Schwing Designs
was started as
an
Architectural
Engineering
consulting
group. We
specialized
in preparing
Auto CAD
documents for
permits for a
variety of
Residential,
Commercial and
Industrial
companies. As
the company
grew we
expanded into
acting as
Owners
representatives
coordinating
construction
between the
owners,
contractors and
sub-contractors.
After
September
11th our
company
had to
diversify
due to the
lack
design and
development.
With our
understanding
of
building
material
and design
elements
it was
fairly
easy to
convert
our
knowledge
into
acting as
a General
Contractor
Company.
